The property is only 15 km away from Labin, which is the largest town in the area, and 45 km far from the nearest airport in Pula. Drive just 20 km to the coastal resort of Rabac where you can enjoy the beautiful beach coves, dine at one of the lovely restaurants, enjoy a drink in one of the bars or browse the shops. Villa A.R.T. certainly lives up to its name, offering a magnificent sea view which will make you fall in love with Mediterranean sunsets. The luxury and sleek interior provides a comfortable atmosphere, with 5 bedrooms and bathrooms and can accommodate up to 9 persons, making it ideal for a large group of friends or family. Guests enter villa into a game room with Pool table and Piccado. On this floor you will find 2 double bedrooms with en suite shower rooms, utility, toilet and Welness room with Finish sauna and Jacuzzi. On the first floor is living and dining area which opens into the kitchen. Patio doors lead out onto the attractive terrace with furniture and amazing sea view. There is also a single bedroom with en suite shower room, double bedroom and another shower room. The second floor featur a Master double bedroom, shower room and balconie with amazing panoramic view of the sea. The private swimming pool 7,5 x 5m with summer kitchen and BBQ outside, is the perfect place to cool off on those hot summer days. There is a possibility of water sport activities close to the house in Autocamp Tunarica: boats, kayak, pedal boat, stand up pedaling, just 2 km from Villa A.R.T.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in der Villa, die modern eingerichtet und mit allem was man so braucht ausgestattet ist. Durch die geräumigen 4 Schlafzimmer hat jeder seinen Rückzugsort. Die Outdoorküche am Pool ist genial, allerdings wird man am Abend trotz Autan von den Tigermücken gefressen. Der einzige Kritikpunk., wir haben einige Zeit gesucht, bis wir unsere Traumbucht gefunden haben und mussten auch 20 min dort hinfahren. Aber das haben wir gerne in Kauf genommen. Der Billiardtisch war für die Kids ein Highlight, wie auch der Whirlpool. Es war alles sehr sauber und der Kontakt zum Vermieter sehr unkompliziert.
