Cancellation policy
We have the following cancellation policy:
Free of charge up to 3 months before the rental start date.
From 3 months to 6 weeks before the rental start date = the deposit is non-refundable.
From 6 weeks to 1 week before the rental start date = 70% of the rental price is payable.
From the last week before the rental start date = 90% of the rental price is payable.
A deposit of 40% of the net rental price is agreed upon, which is due within 14 days after confirmation of booking. The remaining balance is due 6 weeks before arrival.

Other recreational opportunities
At the nearby Durlaßboden reservoir at an altitude of 1,300 meters near Gerlos, there is also the opportunity to fully enjoy the summer. Whether swimming, surfing, boating, or barbecuing... much is possible.
A special attraction of the area is the Krimml Waterfalls, with a drop of 390 m. The waterfall trail leads nature enthusiasts very close to the natural spectacle with numerous viewpoints, bridges, and pulpits.
Holiday destination
The holiday apartment "Höhenrausch" is located in the picturesque alpine village of Silberleiten at an altitude of 1,700 meters on the Gerlos Plateau in the Zillertal; one of the most snow-sure ski areas that Austria has to offer - the Zillertal Arena (1,600 - 2,500 meters). The walk to the lift is about 150 meters. From here, you have access to 55 lifts, 165 kilometers of slopes, snow parks, halfpipes, and over 30 places to stop for refreshments. It is possible to ski down to our house.
Getting there
Coming from Germany, the fastest route is via Kufstein (note the toll for the motorway) through the Zillertal. (Toll-free arrival via Achensee.)
In Zell am Ziller, turn into the Gerlospass, through Gerlos, past the reservoir, and then turn right after about 1 km to Silberleiten.
In winter road conditions, you will need snow chains.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr schön und die Wohnung selbst eigentlich auch, nur leider war sie ziemlich verdreckt bei unserer Anreise. Angeblich war dies unsere Schuld, da wir dem Personal keine Zeit gelassen hätten, das können wir allerdings nicht bestätigen, die Wohnung stand von Samstag bis Sonntag leer, da wäre ausreichend Zeit gewesen ...
Es fand auch keine vernünftige Übergabe statt, lediglich Anweisungen per Telefon, der Service war also wirklich schlecht und die Vermieterin leider wenig einsichtig, das hat die Urlaubsfreude getrübt.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr zentral in Silberleiten und ist sehr liebevoll mit vielen Details eingerichtet. Für uns als Familie mit zwei kleinen Kindern die ideale Unterkunft für eine Woche Skifahren.
Die Abstimmung und Organisation verlief angenehm einfach und Fragen wurden direkt beantwortet. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
