Cancellation policy
You will not be exempted from the payment of the rent by the law that you can not use the rental property due to a personal reason, for example illness, prevention for professional or family reasons. However, we must credit the value of the saved expenditures (according to settled case law of the district court Niebüll 20% of the rent) as well as income from a different rental. You may have to pay 80% of the rent, if you can not use the rental property.
We therefore recommend the conclusion of a cancellation insurance.
However, we will contact you individually and try to rent the property elsewhere at short notice. If we get a replacement rental, the full price, or the difference, will be refunded.

Holiday destination
Your holiday home for up to 6 people is located in the midst of Morsumer meadows, just a few hundred meters from the dike and the Wadden Sea and two kilometers from the center, where you will find a supermarket, the train and the bus station. The Morsum swimming area on the Wadden Sea - ideal for children - is only about 2 kilometers away.
The house is located in a very quiet location on a small, low-traffic road. Immediately on the doorstep, you can go for walks and bike rides, even for dogs are here ideal run conditions.
Enjoy pure nature: in the surroundings of the house you will find numerous species of birds, rabbits and deer in the meadows and fields. In the immediate vicinity of "Lütt Lori" is the farm of the last Sylt dairy farmers. Here you have the opportunity to get fresh milk every day. And the kids definitely have a lot to discover. As far as the eye can see you can enjoy the complete peace, space and nature.

Die Lütt Lori ist ein traumhaftes, gemütliches und stilvolles Ferienhäuschen. Es ist liebevoll eingerichtet und bietet Alles für einen perfekten Aufenthalt auf Sylt. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen und liegt mitten im Grün. Der eingezäunte Garten und die ruhigen Routen rund ums Haus sind für einen Urlaub mit Hund optimal. Sogar Hundebettchen, Handtücher und Hundedusche war vorhanden.
Die Buchung und Kommunikation mit den Hosts verlief problemfrei und auf vertrauensvoller Basis. Das Haus war bei unserer Anreise top vorbereitet und sauber. Für sechs Personen war genügend Platz in den Räumlichkeiten vorhanden. Es war einfach super. Wir würden das Häuschen jederzeit weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank.
