There is a bakery just around the corner. This means that you can quickly make a cosy breakfast in the morning.
The tourist information, the bus and train station can be reached within 5 minutes on foot.
Getting there
Via Hunsrück Höhenstraße (E42):
Drive on the L193 Richtung Irmenach/Traben-Trarbach. In Trarbach, follow the street to the roundabout. Take the first exit on the B53. Then drive across the bridge. Take a left at the end of the bridge, and after around 400 m, take the first parallel street behind the market square and up.
Coming from the motorway from Trier/Koblenz:
Wittlich exit. Keep to the left, and drive via Wengerohr to Mitte Bombogen. Once there, continue right to the exit of the village. Then follow the street to Ürzig. Now you can drive along the Moselle (1st street) straight on and via the mountain pass (2nd left) to Traben.
1) Arrive via Rißbach.
Drive past the petrol station, and follow the street for 750 m. Then take the last side street to the left before the market square.
2) You are arriving via Mont Royal. Follow the street until you reach the train and bus station. Keep to the right here, and drive across the bridge. Then continue straight and take take the first parallel street behind the market square.

Anfang September haben wir unseren Kurzurlaub in der Ferienwohnung Reinhilde Appartment 1 verbracht. Die etwas spätere Anreise war kein Problem, da der Schlüssel bei der Wohnung hinterlegt war. Das Auto konnten wir zum Entladen direkt vor der Haustür parken. Während des Urlaubs haben wir kostenlos auf dem fußläufig schnell zu erreichenden Parkplatz direkt an der Mosel geparkt. Ebenso ist auch vieles mehr (Einkaufsmärkte, Bekleidungsgeschäfte, Restaurants usw.) durch die zentrale Lage der Wohnung gut und fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Wohnung selber ist gut ausgestattet, es hat uns an nichts gemangelt. Super auch der Bäcker direkt gegenüber. Wir haben schöne Tage an der Mosel genossen!
