In the event of cancellation, we will charge you the following cancellation fees:
- up to 60 days before the start of the rental period 50% of the invoice amount
- in the event of a later cancellation, the entire invoice amount is due

Cape Coral has over 400 miles of waterways and is ideal for relaxing, doing sports or getting to know "The Real Florida". Cape Coral lies between the Caloosahatchee River and the Gulf of Mexico. Florida's most beautiful beaches are easy to reach by car. This is the best place for boaters and golfers. Varied holidays and relaxation are guaranteed!
Holiday destination
Centrally located in the southern area of Cape Coral at the small Lake Yuma with western orientation. Starting point for various excursions. The beaches of Fort Myers Beach with many entertainment possibilities and Sanibel/Captiva Island are also not far away. Well maintained cycling trails (leading directly past the house) to explore the area (Cape Coral Cycling Trail). The nearest shops and restaurants are only a few minutes away.
Getting there
Southwest Florida International Airport, Fort Myers, is located "on our doorstep" - only 30 minutes drive. Miami and Tampa are also easy to reach with a non-stop flight from Germany and Switzerland. Travel time from Miami Airport is 2.5 hours, from Tampa Airport 2 hours.

Nach mehr als 15 Florida-Urlauben und davon knapp 10 auch in Cape Coral in Ferienhäusern können wir mittlerweile doch einige Ferienhäuser miteinander vergleichen.
Wir waren das erste Mal in der Villa Solaris und mit dem Öffnen der Tür war für uns sofort klar, dass dies nicht der letzte Besuch in der Villa war.
Kurzform:
- Die Hausverwaltung war super freundlich, sympathisch und flexibel in der Einweisung. DANKE!
- Die Villa war makellos sauber, alles in einem perfekten Zustand und voll ausgestattet.
- Die Westausrichtung des Pooldecks ist perfekt. Spätestens ab Mittag Sonne und traumhafte sunsets.
- Kontakt mit dem Vermieter jederzeit vorbildlich und freundlich. Besser geht nicht.
- Top Lage, Strasse stört überhaupt nicht.
Negativ:
- Wir mussten wieder abreisen ;-)

Meine Erwartungen an den Aufenthalt in der Villa wurden weit übertroffen. Das Highlight war der Aussensitzplatz mit dem schönen Pool. Die Villa ist sehr sauber gehalten und modern ausgerüstet mit allem, was man in den Ferien braucht.
