You can cancel at any time without occurring additional costs and the following cancellation policy applies: 100% of the down payment is refunded if the previously booked period is sold for the same price. If the previously booked period is not sold for the same price, the down payment is not refunded. In the case you are unable to travel due to border closures, the owners will be contacted to see whether the reservation is possible to be postponed to a different period in 2021 or 2022. The down payment used for this reservation would be used in the new reservation. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance for your holidays.

Holiday destination
The beaches are just a few minutes away by car, there are three supermarkets within 10 minutes, and the area is filled with great restaurants with Istrian and seafood cuisine. Labin is based on the site of a Roman town on the east coast of Istria. The distance from the sea is 3 km and from the tourist center of Rabac 5 km. On the hill is the old town with cobblestone street, old buildings and beautiful churches.

Das Haus ist Traumhaft. Ich habe ein Seminar abgehalten und die Villa ist traumhaft. Super ausgestattet mit allem was die Küche braucht sogar ein Sparschäler ist vorhanden. Das Pool ist traumhaft war vorgeheizt. Der Besitzer kam zwischendurch um es zu reinigen. Der Besitzer ist absolut bemüht alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Meine Teilnehmer waren etwas skeptisch angesichts der tollen Fotos aber es ist alles 1:1 so wie abgebildet. Der Vermieter hat uns mit Süßigkeiten und einer Flasche Wein überrascht. Zusammengefasst traumhaft absolut zu empfehlen
