Cancellation policy
1. In the event of cancellation, the holidaymaker must pay the operator a compensation fee. This amounts to: -if cancellation occurs 3 months before the start date or earlier: 15% of the agreed price; -if cancellation occurs between 3 and 2 months before the start date: 50% of the agreed price; -if cancellation occurs between 2 and 1 month before the start date: 75% of the agreed price; -if cancellation occurs within 1 month before the start date: 90% of the agreed price; -if cancellation occurs on the start date itself: 100% of the agreed price. 2. The compensation will be refunded on a pro-rata basis, minus administrative costs, if the spot is reserved by a third party on the recommendation of the holidaymaker and with the written consent of the operator for the same period or part of the period.

The location is south of Egmond aan Zee, directly by the sea with just a footpath in between. Today's vacationer loves variety, and that's exactly what you'll find in Egmond: The former fishing village with its cozy beach, street cafés, and shops, is situated right behind the dunes and boasts a 5 km long beach with pavilions, a sailing and catamaran center, bicycle storage, and parking spaces. The lighthouse van Speyk is open for visits at certain times.
Getting there
By car from the direction of Amsterdam via A9: Take exit 10-Castricum and follow the N203/N8 towards Uitgeest. Continue on the N203 After 6.2 km, turn left onto Zeeweg/N513 After 2.4 km, at the roundabout take the first exit onto Heereweg After 6.5 km at the traffic light, turn left onto Heiloöer Zeeweg. At the next traffic light, go straight ahead. At the next traffic light, turn left onto Voorstraat, towards the center After 500 meters, turn left onto Prins Hendrikstraat Continue from Prins Hendrikstraat to Admiraal de Ruyterweg to Zeeweg After 350 meters, turn left onto Kennedyboulevard. Pass the Kennedyflat and take the first right. Arriving at Apartment ParadiZee.

Sehr hochwertig eindgerichtete Ferienwohnung mit Meerblick. Gro§e Terrasse. Kombiniere Wasmachine mit Trockener vorhanden. Es hat an nichts gefehlt, alle vorhandenen Einrichtungsgegenstände und die Ausstattung in der Küche waren in einwandfreiem Zustand. Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefüft. Besonders praktisch is der am Külschrank eingebaute Wasserspender. Unbürokratische Übernahme und Übergabe der Wohnung durch Frau Dekker Senior. Es gabt nichts zu bemängeln.
