In case of cancellation by the tenant, the following applies:
- Cancellation after booking the accommodation: 30% of the rental price
- Cancellation between 56 days and 42 days before arrival: 50% of the agreed rental price
- Cancellation between 42 days before arrival date: 100% of the agreed rental price

Wir haben Casa Lucia mit 4 Erwachsenen und einem Teenager bewohnt und hatten eine sehr entspannte Zeit. Das Haus, der Garten und der Pool sind ein Traum und sehr gepflegt. Von der Terrasse aus hat man eine wunderbare Aussicht. In der gut ausgestatteten Küche fehlte es an nichts. Die Lage in der ruhigen schönen Nachbarschaft ist perfekt zum Erholen. Ein Auto ist erforderlich. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in etwa 5 Minuten Fahrtzeit. Die Küste, diverse Strände und sonstige Ausflugsziele sind mit dem Auto in etwa 30 - 35 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld und die Betreuung vor Ort waren sehr zuverlässig und problemlos. Danke für einen ausgesprochen schönen Urlaub !

Vom ersten Augenblick haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Ausblick ist ein Traum. Das Haus ist sehr durchdacht und mit Liebe eingerichtet. Es gab nichts was es nicht gab. Angefangen bei der Küchenausstattung, dem Spielzeug für die Kinder, der Aussenbereich und die Betten.
Zwar etwas abgelegen und ein Auto ist notwendig, aber trotzdem ein toller Ort zum Urlaub machen.

Wir legen großen Wert darauf, dass es unseren Gästen an nichts fehlt – umso schöner ist es, wenn genau das so positiv wahrgenommen wird. Besonders freut uns, dass auch die Kinder auf ihre Kosten gekommen sind!
