Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und gepflegt. Kleine Mängel waren vorhanden, wie aus der Wand ein paar cm herausstehende Heizungsanschlüsse. Es gibt nur 1 Klimaanlage im Wohn-Eßbereich. Der Garten mit Pool gehört einem alleine und es ist alles vorhanden, was man am Pool oder in der Küchen benötigt. Sogar Mittel für die Spül- und Waschmaschine, Spülmittel und Müllbeutel.
Kleines Manko: im oberen Stock ist eine separate bewohnte Wohnung, was aus der Anzeige nicht hervor geht.
Vermieter sehr freundlich jederzeit sofort vor Ort, wenn Fragen sind. Im Großen und Ganzen eine schöne empfehlenswerte Unterkunft.
