Cancellation policy
A deposit of EUR 250 must be paid within 14 days of booking. The balance must be paid 30 days before the start of the holiday. The deposit will be refunded if the cancellation occurs 60 days before the start of the holiday, otherwise it will be forfeited. If the cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the start of the holiday, the total amount is due.

Holiday destination
Our house is located near Monforte d'Alba, one of the most famous municipalities of the Langhe, the area in which the world famous Barolo has been pressed for 150 years and is now a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The Langhe has always been the destination of most visitors to Piedmont from all over the world. With its unique topography and the absolute ability of its inhabitants to turn food and drink into a gastronomic experience of special quality, it is an adventure of a special kind.
Getting there
- Via Gotthard: take the motorway towards Alessandria/Turin and exit at Asti Est. Take the expressway to Alba/Cuneo and continue towards Barolo/Monforte d'alba.
- Via Grosser Sankt Bernhard: take the motorway to Turin, leave the Turin Tangentiale at the turnoff for Savona, continue to Guarene. After the tollgate, continue to Cherasco and follow the road towards Cuneo until the Monforte/Dogliani junction. Follow the Monforte d'Alba sign.
- In Monforte d'Alba, after the piazza, turn left towards Roddino and after about 2.5 km turn right, following the "milleluci" sign.

Host informationWe are a retired couple from Switzerland We have known this area of Piedmont for 40 years, bought the house in 2005 and started the restoration in November 2009. We felt the need to preserve the authenticity of the house.
