Cancellation policy
We do not normally charge cancellation fees unless specifically agreed in writing in individual communication with a guest at the time of booking. We ask our guests to let us know as early as possible if, after a firm booking, something does come up and they are unable to arrive. Then we can usually rent our vacation apartment Altes Rathaus to someone else and do without the expense of deposits or cancellation fees. In addition, we assume that our guests only cancel for important reasons, for which we would then waive the cancellation costs as a gesture of goodwill.

Holiday destination
The Old Town Hall of Hochhausen is located directly on the Main-Tauber-Franconian cycle path. There are hiking trails in the hills around and in the Tauber valley (part of the Jakobsweg). Shopping facilities for daily needs are about 800m away in Werbach, supermarkets 4 km. There is a beer garden in the village (150m) and several pubs in the neighboring village (800m). Activities: Hiking, biking, (outlet) shopping, canoeing. outings: Wildpark and Solymar Therme Bad Mergentheim, Rothenburg o.d.T., Würzburg.
Getting there
Coming from Frankfurt airport, take the A3 towards Nuremberg, at the Würzburg intersection take the A81 towards Stuttgart, exit at Tauberbischofsheim, B290 towards Tauberbischofsheim, turn left after the gas station and take the bridge over the Tauber, turn right after the bridge and right again at the next traffic light, always straight on past the shopping markets towards the Hochhausen district, about 5 km from the center of Tauberbischofsheim, turn into Neubaugasse (fourth street on the right). At the end of the street turn right again and you are at your destination.

Liebe Familie Münch, wir bedanken uns für die schöne Woche die wir in Ihrer Ferienwohnung Altes Rathaus verbringen konnten.
Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen bei Ihnen, alles war liebevoll zu unserer Ankunft vorbereitet und auch ein kleines Problem wurde umgehend behoben. In der Wohnung war wirklich alles was benötigt werden könnte im Urlaub und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.
Schöner kann Urlaub nicht sein. Wir wünschen Ihnen alles Liebe und Gute und hoffen bald wieder einmal bei Ihnen zu Gast sein zu dürfen.
