Cancellation policy
Cancellation: It is generally possible to cancel the booking for the apartment. Sliding scale for the cancellation fees of the apartment:
up to 49 days before arrival: 10% of the rental price
up to 35 days before arrival: 30% of the rental price
up to 21 days before arrival: 60% of the rental price
up to 14 days before arrival: 90% of the rental price
otherwise (later than 14 days before arrival) 100% of the rental price.
At the same time, the lessor will try to find a substitute lessee.
We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance
Early departure: In the event of early departure, there is no entitlement to a refund of the rental price.
Price reduction: In the event of a short-term failure of equipment, the
public utilities or due to force majeure there is no entitlement to price reduction. Defects in the apartment must be reported to the landlord immediately.
The guest grants the landlord a period of 48 hours to remedy the defects. Complaints made later will not be accepted and cannot be taken into account

Wir waren das erste Mal bei Familie Schäfer und es war bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal.
Schon bei der Ankunft sind wir durch die überaus sympathischen Gastgebern sehr freundlich empfangen worden. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr schön und geräumig, außerdem war alles renoviert und sehr sauber!
Das i-Tüpfelchen war der Außenpool in dem liebevoll angelegten Garten, den man nach Absprache immer benutzen konnte, was aber überhaupt kein Problem gewesen ist.
Die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr zentral für Unternehmungen ( Europa-Park 25 Min., Elsass 60 Min., Titisee und Todtnau 80 Min.)
Wir möchten Familie Schäfer nochmals für ihre Freundlichkeit sowie ihrer Zuvorkommenheit und Hilfsbereitschaft danken. Es hat uns allen ausnahmslos gefallen und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Die Ferienwohnung und Familie Schäfer waren super. Die Wohnung war geräumig geschnitten und bot genug Platz für 4 Personen. Es war alles vorhanden was man braucht und das absolute Highlight war die Mitbenutzung des Pool und natürlich Mira der Hund . Wir vermissen sie jetzt schon. Die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr zentral für Unternehmungen. Wir waren in 20 Minuten im Europapark und Rulantica und ca. 1 Stunde bis Titisee oder Triberg zu den Wasserfällen. Wir kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder!
