This detached holiday home (4p) is quietly situated 400m from the beach and 100m from the forest. The ground floor features a living room with a seating and dining area, an open kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower cabin, bath, and sink. The toilet is separate.
On the 1st floor, there are two bedrooms with 2 single beds each. The house has its own garden with a terrace, and parking is free.
A washing machine and dryer are also available, as well as free Wi-Fi. Bed linen and towels can be booked on request.
During the season, the changeover day is Saturday.

In Oostkapelle, there are several recreational activities available: tennis, mini-golf, wellness, fitness, windsurfing, kite surfing.
In Domburg, there are even more extras. Bowling, outdoor swimming pool (indoor), squash.
and in Middelburg: theater, shopping.
Nearby are various museums.
This holiday home is in a perfect location, nestled between the beach and the town center of Oostkapelle. Nearby this residential area, you'll find restaurants, bicycle rental services, and a small supermarket (open during the season).
The beach is about 400 meters away, the center of Oostkapelle is approximately 2 km, and it's only 5 km to Domburg.
Take the A58, then switch to the N57 towards Domburg, here on the N287 after 2.6 km turn right onto Zeeduinsepoort Platte, directly at the end, after 500 meters turn right, you are then on Duinweg. After 800 meters, turn left onto Randduinweg. After 500 meters, turn right onto Beukenlaan and then right onto Berkenlaan.

a. Every cancellation must first be communicated by phone and then in writing to Mrs. I. Dattin.
b. For a cancellation after 8 days and up to 3 months before the rental start date, 15% of the basic rent will be charged.
c. 50% of the basic rent will be charged if the cancellation occurs within 3 months to 1 month before the rental start date.
d. 75% of the basic rent will be charged if the cancellation occurs within 1 month to 1 week before the rental start date.
e. 100% of the basic rent will be charged if the cancellation occurs less than 1 week before the rental start date or if the rental period has already begun.
f. A cancellation fee of €28 will be charged for a cancellation.
