Our free-standing holiday house with conservatory is located on a green garden property in a private street (dead end street) in the spa area of Döse.
The holiday home has spece for 2-6 people. There are 3 bedrooms available.
The house has a garden, terrace with seating, table, lounge chairs and a garden grill.
There is a pull cart available for our littler guests.
There is a carport for 1 car on the property.
The holiday house has exterior shutters on all the windows.
It has design carpets in all rooms, the bathroom, guest WC, vestibule and conservatory are tiled.
Pets are not allowed in our non-smoking house.

The sandy beach of Döse is about 300 m away. You can rent beach basket seats on the sandy beach. Near the holiday house there are restaurants, bakeries, ice cream parlour, banks, post, hairdresser, shopping, dialysis practice, spa doctors, pharmacy, tourist information, spa park with playground, bike rental. In addition, you can walk to the starting point for mudflat rides to the island of Neuwerk.

From 60 days before arrival, 50% of the rental price
From 30 days before arrival, 75% of the rental price
The price is based on occupancy of 2 persons, arrival day is Saturday.
From 3 persons there is a supplement of EUR 10 for each additional person per night.
Maximum occupancy 6 persons.
Other arrival days are possible outside of the holidays.
The wifi is a voluntary additional contribution. There is no guarantee of a consistent and perfect
technical availability, and no liability.
