    Cancellation policy
    (1) If the tenant cancels (terminates) the contract before the start of the lease without naming an adequate new tenant who enters into the contract on the same terms, the following pro rata costs shall be paid as compensation: Upon termination up to 49 days before arrival: 10% of the total price up to 35 days before arrival: 30% of the total price up to 21 days before arrival: 50% of the total price up to 14 days before arrival: 75% of the total price later than 14 days before arrival: 100% of the total price. (2) The renter can prove a lesser damage at any time. (3) If the renter breaks off the stay prematurely, he remains obliged to pay the full price. The same applies to breach of contract by the renter, if this leads to a termination of the tenancy by the landlord. (4) The landlord is entitled to terminate the contract for breach of contract by the lessee - also verbally and without notice. (5) A cancellation or termination by the renter can only be made in writing. Decisive is the day of receipt of the declaration by the landlord.

    The prices per night are for 2 people, each additional person pays 30 € per night. The sales tax is included in the rental prices, but not the accommodation tax: In Dresden accommodation establishments have to pay approx. 6 % accommodation tax per adult and night to the city. Steamboats on the Elbe, the Blue Wonder, the mountain suspension railway, funicular railway, cinema, parks, restaurants and shops for your daily needs are all within easy walking distance.
    Holiday destination
    Our villa is located in the middle of the city - and yet in the countryside. You can reach Schillerplatz in three minutes. There you will find restaurants and all shops for your daily needs as well as the Schillergalerie with, among other things, a Cinemaxx cinema. Three minutes in other directions and you are either at the Elbe or in the Waldpark. The tram takes you comfortably from the stop 300 metres away to Dresden city centre or the trendy Neustadt district in 15 minutes.
    Getting there
    If you are travelling by car, please take the Hellerau exit and drive towards the city centre. Turn left at Stauffenbergallee and follow it - also through the subway and the tunnel until you cross the Waldschlösschenbrücke bridge into Fetscherstraße. At the traffic lights at Blasewitzer Straße turn left and after about 1,200 m you will reach the junction with Regerstraße, into which you turn left. Our house number 12 is on the left side of the street. If arriving by train, please use tram 12 in the direction of Striesen and get off at Schillerplatz or Prellerstraße. From here it is about 300 m to our house in Regerstraße.

    Host informationAs a Hanoverian we came to Dresden in 2001 for professional reasons. After we had oriented ourselves in the city, we bought the end of 2004 our villa in the historic villa district Blasewitz. The thorough renovation we mastered mostly in own contribution. It took 40 years of GDR to get out of the house and bring it to a modern state. Since May 2014 we rent these - maybe you?

    Die Fewo ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, super sauber und ruhig. Wir haben uns in der kurzen zeit total wohl gefühlt und wissen jetzt schon das wir noch mal wieder kommen.(wir müssen noch den riesigen Balkon genießen).Alles was man braucht ist zu Fuß zu erreichen.     Die Wohnung ist traumhaft schön, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet, die man sich wünschen kann; wahrhaft eine Traum-Ferienwohnung! Die Vermieter sind sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Mit einem Wort: Professionell. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße (Wohngebiet), das Auto konnten wir problemlos auf dem Grundstück abstellen; Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind - ebenso wie das Blaue Wunder und die Elbe/der Elberadweg - fußläufig in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Haltestellen von Bus- und Straßenbahnen liegen ebenfalls "um die Ecke". Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und einen rundum perfekten Urlaub genossen. Beim nächsten Besuch in Dresden ist die Villa Reger unsere erste Adresse - hoffentlich passen die Daten, wir kommen gerne wieder.
