Secluded position without neighbors, Tenuta Paradiso is situated on a hill with a wonderful view of dream landscape, Mediterranean gardens with lavender, rosemary, roses and olive trees, terraced, various places with garden showers and lounges.
You have only 2 minutes by car in Ostra, the pretty medieval town: here you will find everything from the bank, pharmacy to the bar, bakery, butcher, supermarket and trattoria, surrounded by Pallazzi, churches and narrow streets where the pure Italian life takes place (without tourism),
At the house: starting point for walks between sunflowers, olive groves and wheat fields, only 15 km to the nearest beach and the mountains, as well as Senigallia (summer jumburee festival, beautiful old town, pure dolce vita) and historic Jesi with great cultural diversity. A bit away from Senigallia many quiet beach sections. Nature Park Monte Conero with steep coast 2 motorway exits. Excellent wines, good restaurants or simple honest kitchen, here you have the choice (recommendations of the landlord on site)
Getting there
Motorway exit Senigallia, 15 km to Ostra, before the city wall direction one-way street, turn left into via del Paradiso. Follow the road for 1.5 km until you get to the top. In a right-hand bend is the driveway (cypress avenue) to Tenuta Paradiso. In any case, please agree with the landlord under 0049-1712016495 or 0049 1755015055 (email: info@tenuta-paradiso.de). If possible, one hour before arrival (arrival day 4 pm). If the arrival time is delayed, please contact us as soon as possible by telephone. After prior consultation with booking, a pick-up from the airport (25 km) can be arranged.

Gerne geben wir eine Bewertung ab, schließlich sind auch wir dadurch auf TENUTA PARADISO aufmerksam geworden. Wir schließen uns voll und ganz dem Inhalt der Bewertungen an. Was wir toll fanden: die Gastgeber haben eine PV-Anlage, mit der sie eigenen Strom erzeugen, auch eine Solardusche am Pool und stellen frisches Mineralwasser in Glasflaschen bereit. Man bekommt super Tipps in der liebevoll von den Besitzern zusammen gestellten Hausmappe (alles handverlesen und getestet). Egal was wir ausprobiert haben, welchen Wein wir getestet haben oder wo wir einkaufen gegangen sind. Alles war ehrlich und authentisch. Das Städtchen Ostra und das schnell zu erreichende Senigallia am Meer bieten italienisches Leben, so wie man es sich wünscht und leider kaum noch findet. Wenn die Marken, dann Tenuta Paradiso!

Wir haben das Paradies gefunden. Hier braucht man eigentlich nicht mehr weg. Die Gerüche von Lavendel und vielen mediterranen Kräutern, die frische Luft vom nahe gelegenen Meer und die zahlreichen Ausblicke von einem der schönsten Grundstücke bieten mehr als Entspannung. Ein Glück für die Besitzer, dass Sie diesen Ort gefunden haben und mit Gästen teilen. Wir waren zu Gast im PANORAMALOFT und waren überrascht über die hochwertige Ausstattung, die beindruckende Kunst und die sehr hohen Räumlichkeiten. Im dazu gehörigen Garten befindet sich eine Lounge mit Außenküche und Weinkühlschrank, wo wir die flirrende italienische Luft inhalierten. Beeindruckend: der spektakuläre Infinity Pool, in dem man über die Hügel der Marken schwimmt! Wir freuen uns schon auf das nächste Mal und können es kaum erwarten.
