1. In the event of a cancellation by the guest, the guest owes Texelduinen a cancellation fee. In addition to the due reservation fee, the following cancellation fees must be paid: In the event of a cancellation up to forty-two (42) days before the arrival date: thirty percent (30%) of the price* In the event of a cancellation from the forty-second (42nd) day to the twenty-eighth (28th) day inclusive before the arrival date: sixty percent (60%) of the price* In the event of a cancellation from the twenty-eighth (28th) day up to the day of arrival: ninety percent (90%) of the price* In the event of a cancellation on the arrival day: one hundred percent (100%) of the price* (* Tourist tax, costs for bed linen and cleaning are not to be paid as part of the price in the event of a cancellation.) 2. Holiday destination

Location: This semi-detached holiday cottage is quietly situated on a cul-de-sac along the dunes near Den Hoorn. In spring, you can see blooming bulb fields from the window. Several restaurants, a supermarket, and a bicycle rental can be found in the village center. It is only 250 meters to the lookout dune Loodsmansduin (+ 16 m NAP), where you have a magnificent view over South Texel. The wide North Sea beach is 2 kilometers away. In the vicinity, you can enjoy wonderful walks in nature reserves De Geul, De Bollekamer, and De Hors. The estate De Bonte Belevenis is located 1.5 kilometers away.
