If canceled or modified up to 60 days before date of arrival, a cancellation fee of 25 Euro will be charged.
If canceled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, 25% of total price will be charged. If canceled or modified up to 14 days before date of arrival, 50% of the total price will be charged. If canceled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Holiday destination
The apartment in the house Boba is located in the south of Istria in Croatia, near Pula in front of the Brijuni archipelago. Our village Peroj is located directly on the coast next to the idyllic fishing village Fazana.
Since 2017 we have in Peroj a beautiful beach promenade of over 2 km in length with plenty of space for your relaxed beach visit.
Directly on the beach is also a large, free parking, so you have with your family and the beach equipment only short distances to their berth. Here you will find several restaurants, a pedalboat and jet ski rental and beach chairs if required. Changing rooms and showers are also installed here several times.
In the immediate vicinity (7 minutes walk) is a small supermarket. Otherwise, the place has restaurants, beach bars and bistros.
In Fazana there is also a boat harbor. Cyclists can rent cheap bicycles in the village at Bike Peroj and explore the beautiful landscape by bike, you can get suitable cycling maps with us for free.
Getting there
Ideal by car, then you have numerous opportunities to reach many interesting small towns on the coast and in the hinterland.
Pula airport only 15 km away. There are cheap flights with Eurowings from Cologne, Frankfurt or Berlin.
Numerous car rental companies available, also directly at the airport.
Bus and train also possible but less suitable!

Host informationDear guests we are Boba and Ivan and would like to allow you in our house Boba away from the mass tourism to enjoy your holiday in beautiful Istria. Whether you want to make yourself comfortable on your own terrace in peace, or with the other guests and us to use the communal terrace with a large barbecue and use the spacious seating. Since we speak both German we can easily give you tips which attractions in the surrounding area are a must, where you can find the most delicious pizza or try local olive and ham.

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und hochwertig eingerichtet. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Falls man etwas vermisst, helfen die netten Vermieter gerne aus. Das Highlight für mich war die eigene Waschmaschine - dadurch spart man sich Massen an Kleidung und hat immer frische Badetücher. Sehr schön ist auch der große Garten mit Sitzgarnitur sowie die Klimaanlage (nie wieder ohne :-)). Vor dem Eingang des Hauses kann man wunderbar sitzen und auf der überdachten Veranda grillen während man den Sonnenuntergang überm Meer beobachtet. Sämtliche Fenster und Türen sind zusätzlich mit Schiebe-Moskitonetzen versehen, so dass man Nachts gut lüften kann. Zum Meer sind es 10 Minuten zu Fuß und dort sind auch genügend Parkplätze. Wir kommen wieder und freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Urlaub!
