The "Vivenda Fortim" was renovated by a local family of hoteliers who wanted to
offer guests elegant ambience in a quiet location. All the rooms are very spacious.
Your living space is spread over two floors, each with balconies or terraces over the full length of the house.
Lots of large windows ensure a pleasantly light ambience. From everywhere, you have an unobstructed view of the sea
and the coast with the impressive, 600m-high Eagle Rock, a symbol of Madeira.
Each bedroom has its own bathroom (en suite)
On the upper floor, you have a cosy living room and a fully equipped kitchen.
The house is lovingly cared for by the owner family, who live in Funchal.
The amazing view is a highlight for all guests. All balconies and terraces give you a postcard view. Highly elegant furnishing and amenities.

The Vivenda Fortim is located on Madeira's wild and romantic north-east coast. The climate here is very mild.
Far away from the busy south coast, the house is still easy to reach.
This part of the island is considered the most beautiful hiking region in Madeira. Many of the most well-known hiking trails are just a short distance from the house. And there are also good bathing opportunities along the coast.
The Vivenda Fortim gets its name from a fortress in the immediate vicinity of the property.
Just 20km from the airport, 17km of which is on a motorway. A rental car is essential.

For cancellations up to 5 weeks before the start of the trip, costs will be charged in the amount of the deposit.
The cancellation costs are 50% of the price for cancellations up to four weeks before the start of the trip, 75% of the price for cancellations up to three weeks before the start of the trip, and 90% of the price for cancellations up to one week before the start of the trip.
