The house is located in a vineyard and orchard, in a very quiet and intimate place. Surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation yet only 5 minutes drive from all amenities. The famous Zlatni rat beach is only a 40-minute drive away. The house is accessible by car and parking is close to the house.

Sehr netter umkomplizierte Vermieter. Kommunikation gut auf English und über Whats App. Wunderschönes großes Grundstück mit Meerblick, ideal für unseren Hund. Man läuft ca 1km zum Meer durch das schöne kleine Dorf, wo es einen kleinen Supermarkt und einen kleinen Bäckerstand gibt. Am Meer gibt es ein Restaurant und eine kleine süße Beachbar. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden was man braucht und falls noch was fehlt einfach Vermieter bescheid sagen. Es ist alles klein aber völlig ausreichend für uns.Pool wird alle 3-4Tage sauber gemacht. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir würden jederzeit wieder auf die wunderschöne Insel Brac kommen.

Kontakt mit Vermieter war hervorragend, wurden bei großer Kreuzung Empfang genommen und zum Haus gebracht.
Auf den ersten Blick war ich etwas überrascht da es recht klein wirkt, aber nach einer Woche kann ich nur sagen, dass es für uns 3 komplett ausreichend war..... Das haus ist sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht. Klar, einige Sachen fehlen (Kaffeemaschine, Besen.....) aber das liegt sicher im Auge des Betrachters.... Supetar und Supermärkte sind in ca 5 Min mit dem Auto erreichbar.
Ivica ist sehr bemüht und eigentlich immer erreichbar....
Für Leute die keinen Luxus brauchen sondern in einem ruhig gelegenen Haus entspannen wollen kann ich es nur empfehlen....
