Cancellation policy
The rental costs consist of a base rate (for up to four persons) and an 'extra guest charge' for the 5th and 6th persons. The rental costs are calculated per night. VAT is included. The water/waste water and energy costs are included in the price of your stay. We nevertheless ask you to conserve water and electricity.
04) Tourist tax.
The municipality of Göhren-Lebbin charges a tourist tax throughout the year. The landlords are obligated to collect it from tenants. Arrival and departure days each count as one day. You'll receive your tourist passes ("Kurkarte") after we receive the final payment from you (an amount that includes the "tourist tax").
05) Payment.
25% of the overall rental fee is payable as a deposit immediately on receiving confirmation of your booking from the landlord. The rest of the rental fee is due at least a month prior to the start of the rental period (receipt of payment).
If a booking is cancelled, 25% of the rental price is payable up to 70 days before the rental begins, 50% of the rental price is payable up to 40 days before the rental begins, and 80% of the rental price is payable up to 20 days before the rental begins. The full rental price is payable for subsequent cancellations made at a later date. A (partial) deduction is possible for later bookings. If you cancel your booking and the property can be rented out to new tenants for the time period in question (either in part or in full), the cancellation fees will be reduced appropriately.
06) Arrival/departure.
Arrivals are possible from 4pm. The holiday house must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure. Other arrival/departure times need to be expressly agreed upon in advance.
08) Damages.
Should damages occur during or as a result of the rental period, the landlord (see above) should be informed immediately. The tenant must rectify the damages at their own cost. No deposit is taken.

Göhren-Lebbin is a beautifully situated holiday area that lies in the middle of the Mecklenburg Lake Plateau. It's just 2km from Göhren-Lebbin to Lake Fleesensee (Untergöhren) where you'll find a bathing beach, water sports and round trips on the lake. Untergöhren can easily be reached aboard a shuttle bus during the holiday season (your "tourist pass" acts as your ticket). Alternatively, travel there by bike or on foot through beautiful natural surroundings. The nearest boat jetty is in Untergöhren. The surrounding landscape is a great place for cycling tours and hikes.
Getting there
A19 motorway, take the "Waren-Müritz" exit and join the B192. Drive along this road for a few kilometres until you reach the traffic light intersection in "Penkow". Then turn left to "Göhren-Lebbin"/Land Fleesensee. When you arrive in the town, turn right at the first larger intersection towards "Wendhof". Follow the road. Warning: the road becomes very narrow and curvy. When you're nearing the exit to the town, turn left from "Wendhofer Straße" into "Zum Burgwall". From there, turn right after around 200m and head up the slope into the turning area called "An der Pferdekoppel". Your destination is house number 16. It sits on the left-hand side of the turning area (facing towards the east). The house number is clearly visibly on the front door.

Host informationWe really enjoy the natural surroundings here - they give us a break from our day-to-day professional lives in the big city. Our house sits at the edge of the village of Göhren-Lebbin - the perfect place for us to unwind. It allows us to get where we want to go in no time at all, or we can simply enjoy being "at home" in our flower garden.

Liebevoll eingerichtetes Top-Ferienquartier in herrlicher Umgebung: Kraniche und Hirschbrunft, Igel und andere Wildtiere, direkt am Haus "Gassirunde" möglich, liebevoll angelegter Garten mit verschiedenen Sitzmöglichkeiten und leckeren Birnen, Kontakt zum Vermieter prompt, Unvorhergesehenes (Heizung lief nicht richtig) wurde sofort behoben- rund herum: nur zu empfehlen!
