The holiday home consists of two separate houses opposite to each other making it ideal for two families wishing to spend time together, yet having their privacy.
House nr.1 (50m2) consist of one bedroom on the floor with king bed for two people and the terrace, on the ground floor is one bathroom (with shower and washing machine), kitchen (stove, oven, microwave), living room with sofa bed ( size like king bed 1.60x2m for two people and sat TV) dinning table, house is for four people, but is ideal for two people.
House nr. 2 (80m2) on the ground floor consist of two bedrooms, one with ( king bed for two people), second bedroom with two single bed ( for two people), kitchen (stove, oven, microwave) ,dinning table, bathroom (with shower and washing machine) and living room( sat TV). ideal for four people. All bedroom in both houses are equipment with LCD TV.

When you pass the border and enter Croatia (Istria), find the highway A9, when you are on the A9 drive to the exit (Vodnjan nord) and follow the sign to Peroj, when you come in the centar of Peroj (near the church) you take the road to Barbariga and after 400 m cca. you turn right and then you have another 220 m cca. to our house (you will see gray fance wall).

deposit price. In case of cancellation less than 60 days prior to arrival, the following list applies:
60th - 45th day(before arrival) 30% of the depositl price.
45th -1 day (before arrival) 50% of the deposit price.
