Cancellation policy
In case the lessee is unable to take the trip for reasons beyond the control of the lessee (e.g. illness, death of a family member), the contract can be terminated. The burden of proof for the stated reasons lies with the lessee. The amount of compensation is based on the cancellation date. The lessee as well as the lessor may cancel the rental contract free of charge within 24 hours after the booking has been made.

• if you cancel later than that ... fee: 80% of the rental price;
• 7 days prior to arrival or without cancelling/a no-show ...
fee: the full rental price.
The lessee has the right to present a substitute lessee. The lessor shall be obliged to accept the offer as long as there are no justified objections against the substitute lessee. There shall be no compensation liability if the substitute lessee enters into the contract under the same terms.
