Cancellation policy
Any cancellation must be notified by registered letter or e-mail to the agency.
a) If the cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival on the premises: the deposit remains the property of the owner. If the accommodation could be re-rented at the same price, the deposit is returned to the tenant, minus the fee for the booking.
b) If the cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the planned date of entry into the premises, the deposit and the balance of the rent remain acquired to the owner. If the accommodation could be re-let at the same price, the deposit and the balance are returned to the tenant, less the fee for the booking.
c) If the tenant does not show up within 48 hours of the arrival date indicated on the contract, this contract becomes null and void and the owner can dispose of the accommodation. The price of the rental remains the property of the owner.
d) If the stay is shortened, the price of the rental remains the property of the owner. There will be no refund, even partial.

You can try delicious oysters in the village or dine in one of the three restaurants. The village is ideal for long walks along the beach, in the woods and surrounding countryside, for windsurfing, cycling, tennis and swimming.
A visit to Varengeville-sur-Mer is essential: the nature is protected and the cultural heritage well preserved; the church, the naval cemetery, the chapel, the "Bois des Moutiers", the sunken paths, flowers, trees and the sea make this place magical.

Wir kennen den Teil der Normandie und lieben die langen Strandspaziergänge mit den Hunden. Das Haus haben wir zum ersten Mal gemietet, empfehlen es gerne weiter. Das Haus ist durch die Raumaufteilung, Ausstattung und den eingezäumten Garten ideal für einen entspannten Familienurlaub. Im großen, sehr hellen Wohn/Ess/Kochbereich konnte unser Krabbelkind sich nach Herzenslust bewegen, da er ohne Schnickschnack aber ansprechend eingerichtet ist. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist sehr gut. Die anschließende überdachte Terasse mit sehr bequemer Möbelierung ein weiter Pluspunkt. Die Schlafzimmer sind zweckmäßig und doch geschmackvoll. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Ein Kinderbett und Hochstuhl für Kleinkinder wäre noch gut gewesen. Wir hatten vorsichtshalber ein Reisebett dabei. Übrigens sehr nette Nachbarn.

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, besonders die Küche! Es fehlt nichts an Kochgeräten und es gibt sogar eine Spülmaschine. Ferner gibt es eine Nespresso und eine Kaffeemaschine. Auch die überdachte Terrasse ist mit schönen Sitzmöbeln ausgestattet. Man darf auch die Garage nutzen. Der Essbereich lädt zu gemütlichen, langen Abendessen ein. Auch die Sessel laden zum Lesen ein! die Schlafzimmer sind nett eingerichtet, wobei das 3. mit dem Dachfenster für mich kein richtiges Schlafzimmer ist, da sich das Fenster nicht so leicht öffnen läßt. Das sollte man erfragen, falls man mit 5-6 Personen anreist. der kleine Ort ist auch nett und man kann das Nötigste kaufen, besonders beim Bäcker "Adele" .. Alles in Allem ist das Haus und der Ort zu empfehlen. das war dort ein schöner Urlaub :-)
