If the renter cancels the contract before the rental starts without naming another renter who will rent under the same conditions, damages will be charged with the calculation of the saved expenses (excluding for the end cleaning) if the property cannot be re-rented: Cancellation • up to 49 days before the rental period: 10% of the rental price • up to 35 days before the rental period: 30% of the rental price • up to 21 days before the rental period: 60% of the rental price • up to 14 days before the rental period: 90% of the rental price • otherwise (later than 14 days before the rental period) 100% of the rental price 3. In case of an early departure, the lessee is obliged to pay the rental fee in full. Cancellation must be submitted in writing. What is decisive is the day on which the declaration is received by the landlord.

Holiday destination
The chalet is located on the southern coast of Mallorca. The airport is about 15 km away (20 min). Palma can be reached in about 25 minutes. Playa de Palma can be reached by car in 10 minutes. The famous natural beach ES Trenc can be reached in 30 minutes. The Majoris golf course is about 500 metres from the chalet.
Getting there
Exit airport onto the motorway towards Santany, then take exit 13 towards Cala Blava, then straight ahead over three roundabouts. drive in the direction of Cala PI. After about 15 km you will see Sa Torre on your right. At the Orsteinfahrt keep straight until you can see the sea and then take the second-to-last road on the left. After 200 metres you have reached your destination.

Die Finca liegt in einem sehr ruhigen schönen Ort und man ist trotzdem in 15 Min. mit dem Auto in Palma (Playa). Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und nicht wie üblich mit billigen Möbeln ausgestattet. Die Betten waren hervorragend und alle Zimmer geräumig mit super Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Auch der Boden oder die massive Haustür ist von guter Qualität. Mich hat das Haus mehr als überzeugt. Werde sicherlich ein weiteres mal buchen!

Wunderschöne mallorquinische Finca mit gehobener deutscher Ausstattung! Das Haus entspricht exakt den Bildern und der Beschreibung. Ruhige Lage mit toller Verkehrsanbindung - 15 Minuten nach Palma. Vielen Dank an die Hausverwalter Frank und Axel für die nette Begrüßung spät abends und die unkomplizierte Kommunikation vor Ort. Und tausend Dank an Wolfgang, das war sicher nicht unser letzter Besuch!!
