This bright 5-room vacation apartment in Scharbeutz with a spacious terrace has been extensively renovated and furnished to a high standard with great attention to detail. It is equipped for 2-6 persons and is only a few steps away from the beach and spa gardens. You can enjoy the sun on two newly designed terraces (south and west).
The apartment has a modern, cozy eat-in kitchen with dining area for 6 people, a modern kitchenette equipped with dishwasher, fridge, oven, microwave and a flat-screen TV. The bright living room/bedroom has parquet flooring and is furnished with a comfortable double sofa bed (160 cm x 200 cm) and another sofa. A small dressing room leads off the living/bedroom. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed without footboard (180 cm x 200 cm) and adjustable slatted frame. From there you enter the luxurious bathroom with bath/shower and WC. Bed linen and towels are included in the price! A connecting door leads to the beautiful, bright 2-room apartment with a large conservatory. The apartment has a cozy living room in the conservatory with a sunny dining area, cable TV, hi-fi system, CD player and W-LAN. The open, modern kitchenette is equipped with dishwasher, oven and microwave. The bedroom with double bed (incl. bed linen/towels) and bathroom with shower/WC complete the facilities.

Barbecuing is only permitted with an electric barbecue! The lawns at the house are common property and purely “ornamental areas” and cannot be used!!!!

Upon conclusion of a rental agreement, the following cancellation fees are deemed to have been agreed:

44th - 30th day before departure: 30% of the rental price
29th - 22nd day before departure: 60% of the rental price
from the 21st day before departure: 80% of the rental price
