Cancellation policy
In the event of withdrawal by the lessee, the following percentages, calculated from the total net rental price, shall be due in the following scale
Cancellation 45 days before departure 20%.
Cancellation 44 days to 33 days before departure 30%.
Cancellation 32 days to 22 days before departure 60%.
Cancellation 21 days prior to departure until departure 90%
If the owner proves a subsequent tenant for the agreed travel period who is willing to enter into the rental agreement under the same conditions, the tenant's obligation to reimburse the rent shall lapse accordingly. The owner will make every effort to find a substitute tenant. In this case the tenant's reimbursement obligation is reduced accordingly.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung vom 1.07.2021 - 6.07.2021 in vollen Zügen genossen. Die Anreise verlief unkompliziert. Unsere Vermieterin war jederzeit für uns erreichbar und alle unsere Fragen wurden kompetent und zuverlässig beantwortet.
Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und wir haben uns gleich bei Ankunft pudelwohl gefühlt. Wir werden diese Wohnung in Zukunft auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.
Ebenfalls positiv anzumerken ist die voll ausgestattete Küche sowie der riesige Pool im Innenhof.
Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, ordentlich und wunderschön gelegen. Die Sonnenuntergänge vom oberen Balkon aus sind traumhaft schön. Der Ausblick auf die wunderschöne mediterane Umgebung ist traumhaft.
Vielen Dank an unsere Gastgeberin! Wir freuen uns auf den nächsten Urlaub in Ihrer Wohnung.
