Cancellation policy
Up to 3 months before the agreed arrival date of the guest, the accommodation contract can be terminated without the payment of a cancellation fee by a unilateral declaration by the contracting party.
Outside the above-defined period, withdrawal by a unilateral declaration of the contracting party is only possible upon payment of the following cancellation fees:
- up to 4 weeks before the arrival date 40% of the total arrangement price.
- up to 1 week before the arrival date 70% of the total arrangement price.
- in the week of the arrival date 90% of the total arrangement price.
The provisions of the Austrian Hotel Regulations apply. In the event of early departure or cancellation, we will charge for the booked services as stated above.

Holiday destination
Moosgut is situated in a quiet, sunny location amidst green meadows with a magnificent view of the impressive mountain panorama. It is the ideal starting point for hiking, cycling, and rafting tours. The Dachstein West ski area is only 4 km away, with the nearest town offering shopping facilities 5 km away. There is a public outdoor swimming pool and a summer toboggan run in Abtenau 8 km away, and an indoor pool and sauna "Aqua Salza" in Golling about 24 km away. For culture enthusiasts, Salzburg (60 km) and the imperial city of Bad Ischl (37 km) are suitable destinations.
Getting there
Take the A10 motorway from Salzburg towards Villach and exit at number 28 Golling, go straight through the roundabout, then follow the Lammertal federal road B162 towards Abtenau for about 17 km, continue straight on the Pass Gschütt road B166 towards Rußbach, after about 7 km on the left side there is a sign "Apartmenthaus Moosgut" (before a small stream and a bus stop), turn left there and follow the road uphill, after a few switchbacks you will come out of the forest onto an open meadow area, follow the road for about 1 km and turn right at the second sign "Apartmenthaus Moosgut", you will see the destination straight ahead.

Die Ferienwohnung im Moosgut ist eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit allen Annehmlichkeiten in toller Lage für Wanderungen und vielen verschiedenen Ausflügen ( Salzburg, Ramsau Dachstein, Eisriesenwelt....)
Sogar einen Außenpool und Saunafass stehen zur Verfügung.
Es gibt einen Brötchenservice.
Zum Schluss ist die Freundlichkeit der Hausleute zu betonen.
Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit und empfehlen es gerne weiter.

Die Wohnung ist sehr hübsch eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht. Ein Brötchenservice wird angeboten. Ebenfalls ist ein Saunafass und ein kleiner Außenpool vorhanden.
Es gibt viele Möglichkeiten für Unternehmungen wie z.B.: Salzburg, Dachstein, Eisriesenwelt....
Auch Radfahrer und Wanderer kommen auf ihre Kosten.
Zum Schluss sind die freundlichen Hausleute zu erwähnen die immer für einen freundlichen Plausch da sind und auch Tips geben können.
Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft gerne weiter!
