The approx. 50 square meter apartment is located on the 1st floor with a fantastic view of the lighthouse. It has an open kitchen with an oven and is equipped with everything a hobby cook's heart desires. There is also a modern shower room and two bedrooms with comfortable beds.
A smart TV and WiFi are available here. From the cozy living room and the sunny balcony you have a wonderful view of the garden and the lighthouse of Haamstede. Especially in the evening it creates a truly romantic atmosphere.

Our apartment is idyllically located on the edge of the dunes. The beach is only a few minutes' walk away. The path leads through a dreamy nature reserve.
The cozy hotel-restaurant 'De Torenhoeve' with a sun terrace and two pools is part of the holiday complex and is available to you free of charge during your stay. In addition, a snack bar and a small supermarket are within walking distance. Bicycles can be borrowed from the hotel to perfectly explore the island.

-bis 49 Tage vor Mietbeginn: 10 % des Mietpreises
-bis 35 Tage vor Mietbeginn: 30 % des Mietpreises
-bis 21 Tage vor Mietbeginn: 60 % des Mietpreises
-bis 14 Tage vor Mietbeginn: 90 % des Mietpreises
-ansonsten (später als 14 Tage vor Mietbeginn) 100 % des Mietpreises.
Es wird der Abschluss einer Reiserücktrittskostenversicherung empfohlen. Gleichwohl ist der Vermieter bemüht, das Mietobjekt anderweitig zu vermieten.
Bricht der Mieter den Aufenthalt vorzeitig ab, bleibt er zur Zahlung des vollen Mietpreises verpflichtet.
Eine Stornierung bzw. Kündigung kann nur schriftlich erfolgen. Maßgeblich ist der Tag des Zugangs der Erklärung bei dem Vermieter.
Haustiere 30 EUR, pro Woche. Maximal ein Hund erlaubt.
