From the 90th to the 61st day before arrival, 20% of the total price.
From the 60th to the 31st day before arrival, 50% of the total price.
From 30 days before arrival and in case of no-show, 90% of the total price.
In the event of a travel warning from the Foreign Office or an entry restriction by the Italian government for the period you have booked, you can cancel free of charge, with only a flat fee of Euro 40 being charged.

Hiking through "Le Balze del Valdarno," also known as the "Canyons" of Tuscany: ochre-yellow cliffs formed millions of years ago, accessible via well-trodden hiking trails. The owners also offer guided photo-trekking tours through this area.
Outlet shopping in Valdarno (about 20-30km): The Mall Luxury Outlet with numerous brands, Prada Outlet, Dolce & Gabbana Outlet, and others.
Holiday destination
Il Bellini Agriturismo is nestled in the countryside, about one km outside of Castelfranco di Sopra, a charming medieval village with a large piazza where you can experience the local life. Here you will find everything you need for daily necessities.
Here, in the eastern part of Tuscany, a diverse landscape awaits you with picturesque places and the mountainous world of Pratomagno, inviting for hiking and mountain biking.
Getting there
In July and August, we rent from Saturday to Saturday. During other seasons, arrival on different days may be possible depending on availability. Upon booking, you will receive detailed arrival instructions.

Typisch toskanische Ferienwohnung, die sehr spartanisch eingerichtet und teils etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist. Aber durchaus gemütlich und mit anliegender großer Terrasse, die wir mit nutzen durften und die in der toskanischen Sonne ein absoluter Hauptgewinn ist und unsere tägliche Basisstation und gemütlicher Frühstücksort war.
Die Ferienwohnung liegt etwas außerhalb und ist sehr ruhig.
Die Vermieterin Rosanna kümmert sich um alles, ist jederzeit ansprechbar und ist immer darum bemüht, den Gästen einen schönen Urlaub zu ermöglichen. Buchung und Bezahlung haben absolut unkompliziert funktioniert.
