This tasteful and modern 3-room apartment in Scharbeutz with a southwest-facing balcony was completed in summer 2017. The elevator takes you comfortably to the 1st floor of the non-smoking apartment. It offers a large living-dining area with a very well-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge with 3-star freezer compartment, coffee machine, kettle, blender, mixer, baking dish and raclette grill).
In the modern living area there is a dining area for 4 people as well as a dining counter, a comfortable seating area, flat screen TV, large DVD collection for young and old, Internet connection and W-LAN, hi-fi/CD player and a radio are available. In the hallway there is a built-in closet with plenty of storage space. In the first bedroom you will find a comfortable double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m) and a flatscreen TV. The second bedroom is furnished with two box-spring single beds (0.90 x 2.00 m) and also has a flatscreen TV.
Both bedrooms and the living room can be darkened with external blinds. The apartment also has a nice bathroom with washing machine.
Two underground parking spaces next to each other are available to guests. The maximum drive-through height of the underground garage is 2.25 m! 2 Mercedes sports bikes and a children's bike (24 inch) are also included.

from the 21st day before departure: 80% of the rental price
