Upon conclusion of a rental agreement, the following cancellation fees are deemed to have been agreed:

44th - 30th day before departure: 30% of the rental price
29th - 22nd day before departure: 60% of the rental price
from the 21st day before departure: 80% of the rental price
If the tenant does not show up or cancels after the start of the rental period, the cancellation fee is 100% of the rental price. The

Haffkrug is the oldest seaside resort on the Baltic coast of Lübeck and belongs to the municipality of Scharbeutz. It offers an almost 20 m wide sandy beach and a very well-kept, newly designed seaside promenade. The apartment is 500 m from the beach. It is approx. 9 km to Timmendorfer Strand. Haffkrug train station is also only 500 m away.
