The comfortable vacation apartment is located on the first floor of a small residential complex, in a quiet location and only a few meters from the Baltic Sea. The Scharbeutzer Dünemeile is just a 7-minute walk away via the promenade.
There is a spacious living area equipped with a sofa with sleeping function, TV and WLAN as well as a dining area for 4 people. Floor-to-ceiling windows create a bright and friendly living atmosphere. A spacious, partially covered sun terrace with comfortable garden furniture and a small garden area invites you to relax at any time of day. The separate kitchen is fully equipped and the spacious bedroom has all the technical appliances (Nespresso machine).
The spacious bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a spacious wardrobe and an additional TV. An extra bed and, on request, a travel cot and high chair are also available free of charge. The windows are fitted with blackout blinds. The daylight bathroom has a shower, washbasin, WC and hairdryer. There is a parking space directly in front of the house. Washing machine and dryer are available for free use.

Upon conclusion of a rental agreement, the following cancellation fees are deemed to have been agreed:

44th - 30th day before departure: 30% of the rental price
29th - 22nd day before departure: 60% of the rental price
from the 21st day before departure: 80% of the rental price
