Regular & Low Season Booking:
A 25% deposit is required at the time of reservation
and full payment is due 42 days before arrival.
Cancellation:
If a booking is cancelled within 42 days of arrival date no refund will apply.
If a booking is cancelled 43+ days of arrival date the deposit will refunded less a $25 administration fee.
High Season & Holidays Booking:
A 40% deposit is required at the time of reservation and full payment is due 60 days before arrival.
Cancellation:
If a booking is cancelled within 60 days of arrival date no refund will apply.
If a booking is cancelled 61+ days of arrival date the deposit will refunded less a $25 administration fee.

Coming from Rome to Grosseto (with SS1/E80), and then from Grosseto in the direction of Siena (with SS223)
After 20 km turn right towards Paganico/Monte Amiata to and stay on this road until you arrive at Castel del Piano (SS323) (shortly after having passed by Arcidosso)

Podere del Grasso is a beautiful villa in a stunning location. The house has everything you could ever need for a stay and it has been beautifully renovated to the highest standard. Maya the owner and the house manager Kelly did everything they could to make our stay perfect. We will definitely return one day if we can.
