When entering the villa, you enter the large, light-flooded living area. Loving details and high-quality furniture create a harmonious blend of modernity and tradition and invite you to feel good and relaxed. The open fireplace with ventilation heating ensures cosiness even on the cooler days, and the 40-inch internet-capable Ultra HD Smart TV promises a relaxing evening on the TV. The living area leads directly into the dining area. In the open plan, fully equipped kitchen, a long traditional wooden table with plenty of space for all guests feasts on extensive dinners. Also from here you can enjoy the beautiful view of the sea. In the upper part of the villa there are two bedrooms. One room has an extra-long king bed (180x210cm), the other bedroom has two single beds (90x200cm). In the lower area there are also two bedrooms. One of them is equipped with a king-size bed (180x200cm) and the other with two single beds (90x200cm). Each room has its own veranda or roof terrace furnished with comfortable seating and lounging possibilities, guaranteeing guests the opportunity to relax and unwind. The bedrooms are all equipped with ensuite bathroom, large panoramic windows, Internet-enabled Full HD Smart TV and air conditioning, so that nothing is left to be desired.
The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, microwave, induction hob, oven, coffee maker, kettle, blender and toaster. A coffee machine by Delonghi allows the preparation of different coffee specialties. The ground floor also has a separate guest toilet and a utility room with washing machine. Further facilities include WiFi, multimedia equipment, satellite TV. The large outdoor area of Villa Minea is characterized by the original trees and the rock formations preserved in the construction of the villa, which form the image of the Cretan landscape. Directly in front of the villa you can enjoy the wonderful view over the lovingly designed garden to the sea from the shaded dining area or from the cozy lounge area. On this level is also the adjacent outdoor kitchen. In the midst of the herb garden, the grill masters can choose between a brick charcoal grill or a Weber gas grill. Many sun loungers with shady umbrellas and an additional covered pool deck with lounge furniture around the heated pool promise bathing pleasure and cozy hours.
Between a rippling Quellstein and the pool deck, a small path leads to another highlight of the outdoor area: perfectly inserted into the nature and protected by trees cookies, which you can use according to your wishes as an extra dining area or as an oasis of peace.
From most of the airports several airlines fly daily to Heraklion or Chania. From the airport it is about 85 km to the villa.

We are happy to help you if you want to book a rental car. The car will be handed over to you at the airport. You are expected at the airport, you do not need to hire and wait anywhere. We do everything in advance for you. You can then park the car at the airport when leaving.
