The building is located in Passera, a small village about 400 meters above sea level and approximately 3.0 km from Stresa. From this point, several pedestrian and bicycle paths start towards Mottarone, or in the center of Stresa. The area is quiet. One can enjoy a good view of Lake Maggiore from the apartment's balcony.

Wundervolle Ferienwohnung, perfekt ausgestattet, sehr gepflegt und sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Lage und Aussicht über den Lago Maggiore einfach traumhaft. Parkplatz kostenfrei am Haus. Innenstadt von Stresa in wenigen Minuten per Rad zu erreichen. Sehr ruhige Lage. An die Bahnlinie unterhalb des HC auses gewöhnt man sich schnell ( sehr gut isolierte Fenster). Einziges Manko: Die Ehr engen, steilen Serpentinen von der Hauptstraße zum Haus hoch, eine Herausforderung für Autofahrer und Radfahrer. Trotzdem kommen wir jederzeit gerne wieder!

Positiv:
Unterkunft war perfekt und geschmackvoll ausgestattet. Abwicklung war ok. Sicht auf See war perfekt. Könnte ein genialer Platz sein, wenn...
Kritik:
- Bahnlinie führt direkt am Haus vorbei. Lautstärke mehr als 70 db. In der Wohnung! Bei Nacht (die fahren die ganze Nacht im Abstand von max. 30 Min.), wenn Güterzüge vorbeifahren, steht man senkrecht im Bett. Eingeschlafen, aufgewacht, eingeschlafen, aufgewacht... das war keine Erholung.
- Bekanntgabe genaue Adresse erst bei Ankunft. Eingezeichneter Standort auf Karte stimmt nicht. Die wissen wohl warum...
- Wir hatten eine Stechmückenplage. Sahen aus wie Streuselkuchen.
- In der Wohnung riecht es nach Schimmel... besonders im Schlafzimmer. Konnten nur bei offener Tür schlafen.
