Situated in Residence with large pool, in a convenient location close to the Harbor "Sirmione 2", to the city centre, to the Brema beach and the main restaurants and shops, 1-bedroom apartment for a holiday up to 4 people at Lake Garda!
The holiday apartment, equipped with free Wi-Fi, welcomes guests with the bright living room with sofa bed for 2, flat-screen TV with German channels, dining table with chairs, fully equipped kitchen with cooker hob, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, electric kettle, orange juicer, coffee machine and toaster.
The living room gives access to the private covered porch with a nice table and chairs, and to the private garden very convenient for families with kids!
The holiday home, provided with a washing machine, is completed by the bedroom with double bed and wardrobe, and by the bathroom with shower, wash basin, bidet and WC.
Guests can easily park their car in the private garage within the residence.
Pool (10 x 20 meters long) is available from May 20th to Sept. 23rd.
A baby cot and a high chair can be installed upon request with a small extra cost.
