Cancellation policy
Late Payment, Withdrawal, Cancellation, and Termination of Stay
If the tenant is in arrears with their payment, withdraws from the contract, or cancels (terminates) the contract before the start of the rental period without naming a substitute tenant who enters into the contract under the same conditions, the following pro-rated rents (excluding ancillary costs & tourist tax) are to be paid as compensation, taking into account the saved expenses, in addition to a processing fee of 50 EUR, provided that re-renting is not possible:
-up to 49 days before the start of the rental period: 10% of the rental price
-up to 35 days before the start of the rental period: 40% of the rental price
-up to 21 days before the start of the rental period: 60% of the rental price
-up to 14 days before the start of the rental period: 90% of the rental price
-otherwise (later than 14 days before the start of the rental period) 100% of the rental price.
If the tenant terminates the stay early, they remain obligated to pay the full rental price. A cancellation or termination can only be made in writing. The relevant date is the day on which the statement is received.

Holiday destination
The park features a supermarket with daily fresh bread rolls, an indoor swimming pool, a children's playground, a fast-food outlet, a restaurant with a beautiful outdoor terrace and lounge area, a fast-food outlet, bowling alleys, a bistro, and rentals for bicycles, e-bikes, and go-karts.
The Menorca house is just 150 meters from the sea. The beach is just a few minutes' walk away. Dogs are allowed on the extensive, clean beach all year round to stay, play, and romp. Should your dog ever be troubled by a minor ailment or need medical help, a veterinarian can be found in the center of Breskens. You can enjoy the sandy beach for 10 km up to Cadzand. Bike rides with destinations such as Knokke, Domburg, or Renesse are a wonderful experience, as you mostly ride on the dike with a sea view. Beach pavilions invite you to enjoy and relax.
Adjacent to the very well-maintained park is the "Waterdunen" recreation area, which offers interesting discoveries for nature lovers with its many hiking trails, variety of plants, and bird species.
In the town of Breskens, 2 km away, there is the possibility to shop (baker, butcher, groceries, drugstores, clothing, dog shop, etc.) and to visit numerous restaurants of various kinds as well as cafes. Should you ever need a doctor, one can also be found in the town of Breskens.
Bicycles can be purchased and rented at the "Bike Store Breskens."
The park has a supermarket, with daily fresh bread rolls, an indoor swimming pool, a children's playground with an air trampoline, a restaurant with a very nice outdoor and lounge area, a fast-food outlet, bowling alleys, a bistro, as well as bicycle, e-bike, and go-kart rentals. These means of transportation can be rented in the park or reserved online.
A walk along the long panoramic path, which also passes by the lighthouse, offers a fantastic view of the North Sea.
Art lovers should not miss the religious woodcarving art of the local priest in the Sint-Barbara church. Also worth seeing is the fishing museum in the marina. Surrounded by beautiful natural and moorland areas, Breskens is also an invitation to nature lovers, hikers, and cyclists.
The annual fishing festival in mid-August at the marina attracts thousands of tourists and residents of Zeeland to the harbor town.
Also, visit the neighboring seaside resort of Cadzand, where fossilized shark teeth can be found on the long sandy beach of Cadzand Bad. Enjoy the delicacies of Zeeland, which include Oosterschelde lobster, Zeeland mussels, and oysters.

The journey via Antwerp is very straightforward, exclusively via motorway or dual carriageway.

A few years ago, we took a holiday at the North Sea for the first time with our Border Collie, Maja.
Not only has Maja fallen in love with the sea, the beach, and the walks on the fine sandy beach since then, but so have we.
Thus, we decided to acquire our own holiday home in Breskens. Whether for a short trip or a holiday - whenever we have time, we are at the North Sea.
Since then, we've been enjoying our breaks.
To share our enthusiasm, we now offer our "Menorcahaus", which was built in 2019, for rent, with the hope that you too will become enthusiastic about the North Sea and feel comfortable in our holiday home.
Our "Menorcahaus", built in 2019, is a dream in white, modernly equipped and very lovingly decorated, with a large sun terrace, garden house, and much more.

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich empfehlenswert. Super Lage, sehr schön eingerichtet, man fühlt sich einfach total wohl. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und die Buchung war total unkompliziert.
Der Strand ist nicht weit entfernt und auch zum Supermarkt und sonstigen Einrichtungen ist es nur ein Katzensprung.
Wir hatten auf jeden Fall eine sehr schöne Zeit hier.

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich top. Superschön eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Man fühlt sich direkt wohl. Wenn man den Park hinten raus verlässt ist man direkt am Strand und anders als sonst vielerorts in Holland liegen keine ausgestreckten Dünen dazwischen. Auch wenn es sicher schönere Städtchen als Breskens gibt, so ist es doch ein tolles Ziel für eine kurze NRW-Auszeit. Besonders erwähnenswert ist das Verhalten der Vermieter im Kontext Corona. Alles ist super fair und total nett umgebucht worden. Absolut empfehlenswert - in jeder Hinsicht!
