Schönhagen, the Baltic Sea spa, stands out to a family-friendly character. To the north extends a more than 3km long manicured sandy beach with dog and nudist beach. To the south, the steep coast runs. Near the beach there is a playground and some small restaurants. The beach area has free Wi-Fi. Active vacationers have the opportunity to various water sports. Nearby, the towns of Kappeln and Eckernförde invite you to shop or visit the restaurants.

1. From Hamburg:
A7 direction Flensburg, after the Kiel Canal on the B203 direction Eckernförde (exit 8), exit Karby and then always follow the signs "Schönhagen".
In Schönhagen it goes straight ahead and in a right turn left into the Günter-Remien-Ring, house number 17.
2. From Denmark:
A7 direction Hamburg, before the Kiel Canal on the B203 direction Eckernförde (exit 8), exit Karby and then always follow the signs "Schönhagen".

3. Arrival by train:
The nearest train station is in Eckernförde. From there you can take the bus or taxi to Schönhagen.

Das Ferienhaus Svala ist ein wunderschönes Zuhause auf Zeit, in dem wir uns als Paar zwei Wochen lang pudelwohl gefühlt haben. Uns hat nicht nur die tolle Lage, die perfekte Ausstattung und Sauberkeit sowie die geschmackvolle Einrichtung begeistert - auch der Kontakt zu den Vermietern im Vorfeld und die herzliche, hilfsbereite Betreuung durch Herrn Meyer vor Ort waren beispielhaft. Zum ersten Mal haben wir während eines Urlaubes in einem Ferienhaus rein gar nichts vermisst.
Das tolle Herbstwetter und die vielen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten sowohl mit dem Rad als auch zu Fuß oder per Auto, haben die Erholung perfekt gemacht.
Gerne kommen wir irgendwann wieder.

Wir als 4köpfige Familie samt unserem Labrador durften diese Villa (denn Ferienhaus wird diesem Schmuckstück nicht gerecht) für eine knappe Woche beziehen. Was soll ich sagen, wir waren und sind hellauf begeistert! Schon beim eintreten waren wir sprachlos, ein absoluter Traum. Vom tollen Eingangsbereich,bis hin zur offenen Küche,welche eine weltklasse Ausstattung hat,Essbereich,Wohnzimmer,die 2 Bäder,die einer Wellnessoase gleichkommen ,der Blick auf die Ostsee oder aber die Sauna,die keine Wünsche offen lässt...absolute Weltklasse! Die Terrasse mit eingezäunten Garten ist die kirsche auf dem Sahnehäubchen.Frau Stolz ist eine Vermieterin die soviel Herzlichkeit und Wärme aufbringt,dass man nur begeistert sein kann, auch ein großes Lob an Herrn Meyer vor Ort,ein Verwalter mit Herz! DANKE und bis bald!!
