Schönes Haus, aber zu sehr vernachlässigt...keine Wartung...mittelmäßige Sauberkeit (wir mussten das Haus zwei Tage nach unserer Ankunft reinigen und das Wasser im Eimer war schwarz!), schlecht gereinigte Fenster und Erkerfenster, die Rahmen und vor allem das der Küche werden vom Dreck gefressen,…)
Während des Aufenthalts gab es mehrere Probleme, darunter ein großes Problem im Hauptbadezimmer, da jedes Mal, wenn wir duschten und badeten, die Dusche überlief und das Wasser, das eigentlich abfließen sollte, zurückkam. Das Badezimmer wurde mehrmals überschwemmt und der Eigentümer fand vor Ort keine wirkliche Lösung. Die Bäume auf der Höhe des Durchgangs zum Haus sind mäßig gepflegt, da wir jedes Mal, wenn wir vorbeikamen, die Äste zur Seite schieben und schieben mussten, um sie nicht ins Gesicht zu bekommen.
Allerdings ist das Haus gut gelegen, die Räume sind groß, die Küche ist funktionell, der Waschraum bietet gute Stauraummöglichkeiten und der zweite Kühlschrank ist sehr nützlich, die drei Schlafzimmer sind gut…)
Zu verbessernde Punkte: Moskitonetze, neue Liegestühle, weil zwei kaputt waren, Plane am Schwimmbad, um die Hitze zu halten, Reparatur des Eingangstors, Überprüfung der Einrichtung, weil sie ziemlich alt ist, Anbringen eines Geländers auf der Hauptterrasse, weil Es ist sehr gefährlich mit Kindern oder sogar Tieren (unser Hund ist gestürzt, mehr Veranden pflegen…)
