This comfortable villa with private pool and sea-view has 4 bedrooms for a maximum of 8 persons. There is a cozy high sealing living room with sitting and dining area, a well equipped kitchen with large American fridge/freezer with ice cubs machine, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso, etc. and both, from the kitchen as well as from the living, doors connected to the large terrace. The terrace continue into a side terrace with outdoor kitchen and Bbq place, all around the villa to the back end with a covered parking place and sufficient parking places for more cars.
The layout is as follows, driveway through a closed gate to the parking area, entrance villa, large living with 2 x 2 doors connected to the terrace, well equipped kitchen again with doors to the terrace, first bedroom with double bed, air-conditioning, large wardrobe, First bathroom with washbasin, bathtub, bidet and toilet. The staircase leads to the first floor with two bedrooms, both airconditioning, double beds and large wardrobe, second modern bathroom with shower, double washbasin and toilet.
At this floor you will also find a large ‘vide/entresol’ with a view to the living. At the living floor a door leads to the staircase connected to the lowest level with the 4th bedroom, also with double bed and wardrobe, and the 3rd bathroom, again with bathtub, washbasin and toilet. At this floor you will also find a separate washmachine room with wash machine and dryer as well as a large second living area with doors to leading to the terrace at the other side of the villa.
At this level the pool is situated, also surrounded with a large terrace with relaxing sun-beds. The outside area of the villa is well maintained with lots of cozy area’s with seats and tables in the sun- and shadow. Villa Belle Helene is a recommendable villa for a great and relaxing holiday!
Visit Port Grimaud (21 km), a fortified town on the coast, also known as the Venice of France. Sailing through this port you can enjoy the beautiful houses completely rebuilt in the old style, and visit afterwards the market or have lunch in one of the numerous restaurants. The town of the much older Grimaud (5 km) and La Garde Freinet (15 km), once a strong Moorish robber nest, are also worth a visit. Both villages are equipped with a castle with great views and are located in the Massif des Maures, a rugged mountainous area where you can have the most beautiful walks.
Alternatively in this area and only a few kilometers away, conquer the ‘Rocher’: the Rock of Roquebrune-sur-Argens (14 kilometers, mountain boots will do). Starting in the picturesque Provencal village of Roquebrune, located at the bottom of the rock, the diehards will be treated to stunning views down into valleys and over the Mediterranean Sea.

Located at ‘The Grand Boucharel’, next to a nature area. A quiet villa neighborhood between Saint-Aygulf and Les Issambres and…..very close to the sea, near beaches and restaurants.
The villa is located at the French Riviera, between the famous Saint-Tropez (28 km) and Cannes (42 km), and just between the popular seaside resorts Saint-Aygulf (located on the coast road to Frejus/Saint-Raphael) and Les Issambres (located on the coast road to Sainte-Maxime/Saint-Tropez). This stretch of the Riviera is known for it’s attractive sandy beaches full of attractions and the more quiet, beautiful beach bays with pebble and sandy beaches. You will find fashionable marinas with priceless yachts but also small restaurants where you can taste ‘La Douce France’ for a small budget.

In the high season you can only reserve this accommodation with a minimum stay of 1 week; arrival and departure on Saturday. Outside the high season we accept reservations with a minimum stay of 4 nights and are other arrival and departure days possible.
