The apartment is the perfect base camp for hikers, mountain bikers, cross-country skiers and alpine skiers alike.
There are meadows and fields just a few metres behind the house. Start your hike to the Breitachklamm or on the nearby cross-country ski trails. The "Söllereck" family mountain, with its attractions such as climbing park, alpine rollercoaster, family hiking trails, excellent dining, ski slopes and ski schools are quickly accessible in just a few minutes.

Nachdem Sie die Autobahn verlassen haben, fahren Sie ab auf die B19 in Richtung Oberstdorf/Immenstadt.
Auf der B19 bleiben Sie und fahren an Sonthofen vorbei und durch Fischen im Allgäu.
Kurz vor Oberstdorf ist ein Kreisverkehr. Diesen verlassen Sie an der 1. Ausfahrt in Richtung Kleinwalsertal. Sie fahren weiter geradeaus Richtung Söllereck/Kleinwalsertal.
Nach ca 2km , an der Bushaltestelle geht es rechts ab auf den Jauchen.
Auf der Straße bleibend, kommen Sie am Ende der Strasse zum Ferienhaus Jauchen 15.

Cancellation and early departure:
As soon as the down payment is made by the guest (i.e. tenant), a legally binding rental contract is concluded between the guest and the landlord - even if this contract was made without personal signatures. The landlord undertakes to make their rental property available to the guest for the period specified in the reservation confirmation. Conversely, the guest agrees to pay the landlord the following rental loss fees in case the rental property is not used. If the tenant cancels (terminates) the contract before the start of the rental period without naming a new tenant who enters the contract under the same conditions, the following pro rata fees - after having taken into account any saved expenses - are to be paid as compensation, provided that another rental is not possible:
From time of booking confirmation up to 31 days before arrival date: 20% of the booking price
From 30 days before arrival date: 90% of the accommodation price
We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance to protect yourself against cancellation fees
3. In case of an early departure, the lessee is obliged to pay the rental fee in full.
