Cancellation policy
Cancellation policy:
It sounds like it's an inconvenience and it is incovenient. For everyone involved!! It is a pity when apartments stay vacant although other guests would have liked to stay here. So we ask you: Please notify us in time and in writing. If you cancel up to 2 months prior to arrival, you won't be charged a cancellation fee (but a handling fee). You always have the option to cancel a booking; we will charge costs minus costs for unused services (20%). We'll notify the accommodation agency in Berchtesgaden about the cancellation and if the apartment is booked again, you won't have to pay a fee. We recommend taking out a travel cancellation insurance.
You can book your travel cancellation insurance online.

Even before becoming a holiday home, Berchtesgaden welcomed many prominent guests. For example, Bavarian kings enjoyed stays at the foot of the Watzmann. Once reserved for nobility, it is now enjoyed by visitors worldwide and offers a unique blend of art, spa, adventure, and relaxation.
Holiday destination
The market in Berchtesgaden and the mountain climber village Ramsau as well as the excursion destinations Königssee-Jennerbahn or Obersalzberg-Kehlsteinhaus (also known as the Eagle's Nest) can be reached within a few minutes. Mozart's city Salzburg and the alpine city Bad Reichenhall are both 15 km away.
The famous seasoned traveller and natural scientist Alexander v. Humboldt once wrote: "For me, the regions from Salzburg to Berchtesgaden as well as Naples and Constantinople are the most beautiful places on earth."
Getting there
From the A8 Munich-Salzburg motorway, take the 'Bad Reichenhall' exit.
