The charming village of Njivice is located on the island of Krk with a stunning panoramic sea view overlooking the cities of Rijeka and Opatija. There are pebble, rocky, and sandy beaches with crystal-clear seawater. Restaurants, cafes, and beach bars are scattered throughout the place, as well as additional shopping opportunities. A variety of sports activities are available (water skiing, jet skiing, diving, tennis, mini-golf, horseback riding, boating, parasailing, fishing...).
Getting there
Njivice is located in the Kvarner Bay on the island of Krk, which you can easily reach by car via the bridge.
Drive 12km and you will find yourself in the small town of Njivice.
Right on the beach is Villa Maja, where your accommodation is located.
You can also reach us easily by plane; guests will naturally be picked up by us at the airport.
The Rijeka Airport is located in Omisalj on the island of Krk.

Wir haben gemeinsam mit unserem Hund dort Urlaub gemacht und wir haben gleich vor Abreise wieder gebucht. Warum? Hier kann man nur 5 Sterne in allen Bereichen verteilen. Die Lage am Wasser ist ein Traum, die Zimmer sehr gut eingerichtet, modern sehr sauber und es fehlte an nichts. Von der großen Terrasse mit Hollywoodschaukel, Stühlen, Tisch und Liege ein Wahnsinns- Blick aufs Meer. Gemeinschaftsterrasse und Grill sind ebenfalls vorhanden.
Maja, die Vermieterin war immer sehr freundlich, immer für ein Schwätzchen zu haben und kümmert sich mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail um alles, damit der Gast zufrieden ist.... Das ganze Grundstück ist sehr gepflegt mit vielen Blumen.
Die Wege zum Hundestrand und zur Promenade sind kurz und schön. Wir bedanken uns für einen wundervollen Aufenthalt.

Es hat alles gepasst. Die Wohnung ist perfekt und stimmig eingerichtet, vom Geschirr über Wasserhahn bis zum passenden Zahnbecher. Ruhig und doch zentral mit dem Traumblick durch Palmen und andere alte Bäume aufs Meer schon aus dem Bett und natürlich vom großzügigen Balkon aus. Die Bilder der Website entsprechen alle der Realität. Wir konnten es kaum glauben. Und dann noch die freundliche, hilfsbereite und großzügige Besitzerin! Wir danken dafür, dass wir in dieser echten, offenen Villa sein durften und wünschen alles Gute.
