Casa Montegrappa is romantically and quietly situated yet centrally near the town center of Gardola in the small community of Tignale. This small but exquisite house is lovingly furnished in a local style and extends over 2 floors. Through the separate entrance, you enter the living-dining room with kitchenette and open fireplace, which is equipped with a sofa bed and satellite TV, via a few steps. The kitchen contains everything your heart desires to prepare a delicious meal for your loved ones and is also equipped with a dishwasher. From there, a door leads to a small inner courtyard terrace that can be used as a breakfast terrace. The wooden staircase takes you to the first floor with the two bedrooms, one with a double bed and a small inner courtyard balcony with the possibility to dry laundry, the other with 2 single beds. Here you will also find the bathroom with shower and washing machine.
The garden is only 100 steps away from the house and is very family-friendly, equipped with garden furniture and artificial turf. Here you can enjoy a fantastic lake view. Nothing stands in the way of a wonderful barbecue evening.
You can easily park your car in the nearby parking lot by the church. The house driveway is only possible for very small cars.

Casa Montegrappa is a beautiful, original rustic house nestled in the romantic alleys of the main town Gardola, just a few steps from the center yet in a quiet location. The proximity to the church and all the historical buildings gives one the feeling of being transported back in time. In about 2 minutes on foot, you can reach the town center of Gardola where there are all shopping facilities, cafes, restaurants as well as a doctor and pharmacy.
The Tignale plateau is a popular destination and recognized health resort on the western shore of Lake Garda, about 500m above the lake, with the 6 districts Piovere/Oldesio/Prabione/Olzano and Aer as well as the main town Gardola. The journey is made via the Gardesana Occidentale, which runs along the western shore of the lake. From there, after about 7 km on a well-developed panoramic road, you will reach Gardola.
The charming landscape with already southern vegetation invites you to numerous hikes of varying duration and offers an incomparably beautiful view of Lake Garda and the Monte Baldo massif on the eastern side of the lake. Directly from the apartment, there are hiking and mountain bike routes.
By car, it takes 15-20 minutes to reach the two bathing spots on the lake, Porto Tignale, a popular spot for surfers and kiters, or Parco Fontanella in Gargnano with an extensive lawn under old olive trees. Both places can also be easily hiked from Tignale.
Interesting excursion destinations such as Andre Heller's Botanical Garden and the Vittoriale of Gabriele d'Annunzio in Gardone are quickly accessible, and the cities of Saló, Sirmione, Riva, Arco, Verona, Mantua are also within easy reach. Furthermore, there is the possibility for charming excursions to the hinterland to other lakes such as Lake Idro.
Located on the western shore of Lake Garda, Tignale is situated on the Gardesana Occidentale between Limone and Gargnano, about 500 meters above the lake!
