Cancellation policy
30% for cancellations made up to 60 days before the start of the rental period (compensation for the management costs and the search for a new tenant).
If you cancel 59 - 29 days before the rental period starts, the fee is 50%
90% for cancellations made from 28 days to 15 days before the start of the rental period.
If you cancel later than that, the full rental price is due
If the property is rented out to someone else, you will be reimbursed by the amount allowed by the new rental contract.

Holiday destination
The back country is an inviting place to enjoy some extensive day trips and walks thanks to its beautiful, interesting towns, its expansive olive groves, its endless vineyards (where the famous "Primitivo" grape is grown), and its many tourist attractions.
Here are just a few examples:
You'll find numerous cultural sites in the towns of Taranto, Lecce, Brindisi and Alberobello (a World Heritage site) and in the many smaller towns and villages that are dotted all around.
You can also do some great shopping (there are lots of outlet stores, particularly for leather goods, ceramics, etc.) and enjoy the finest Italian food.
The many basilicas, museums, caves, archaeological sites, the cellars of the Primitivo vintners and much, much more all provide some entertaining hours and some unforgettable moments.
You can get active by going cycling, hiking, swimming, playing golf and much, much more.
You'll find lots of inspiration for day trips and attractions in the house book and in the little "house library".
We're also happy to give you tips and inspiration for a fun-filled holiday - as is the manager.
Getting there
We recommend you fly into Brindisi or Bari. If you have a rental car, you can reach the villa in an hour from Brindisi and approx. 2 hours from Bari.
If you're driving from the north, either take the Gotthard tunnel via Switzerland, Milan and Bologna, or take the Brenner Motorway along the Adriatic coast via Bari and Taranto to Maruggio

Wir waren jetzt das vierte Mal in der Villa Timo und hatten wieder eine unglaublich schöne und erholsame Zeit zu zweit. Die Villa Timo ist ein außergewöhnlich schönes Ferienhaus, geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet, sehr gepflegt und sauber. Alles ist genauso wie abgebildet. Die Ausstattung ist top. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden - und noch mehr!!

Wir mussten dieses Jahr unseren Urlaub in einem anderen Ferienhaus buchen, weil die Villa Timo zu unserem Ferienzeitraum von 3 Wochen leider nur in einer Woche verfügbar war. Das andere Ferienhaus stellte sich bei unserer Ankunft als absolute Katastrophe heraus und für uns stand fest, dass wir dort nicht bleiben würden.
Durch den netten Kontakt mit Herrn Amann vom letzten Jahr und weil uns die Villa Timo bezüglich Ausstattung, Sauberkeit und Lage absolut überzeugt hat, nahmen wir Kontakt mit Herrn Amann auf und schilderten ihm unsere missliche Lage. Villa Timo hatte einen freien Zeitraum von einer Woche und Herr Amann rief sofort seinen Verwalter Antonio an und ermöglichte es uns am nächsten Tag in seinem Ferienhaus anzureisen. Vielen Dank Familie Amann für die Rettung unseres Urlaubs.
