Cancellation policy
In light of the unpredictable situation with the development of the COVID-19 pandemic, we offer free cancellation in the form of rebooking or a refund of the amounts already paid. Only bookings canceled at least 31 days before arrival are eligible for free cancellation.
Cancellation policy:
- In the event of a booking cancellation 30 to 15 days before the start of the service, the agency charges 70% of the total booking price.
- In the event of a booking cancellation 14 to 8 days before the start of the service, the agency charges 80% of the total booking price.
- In the event of a booking cancellation 7 to 1 days before the start of the service and NO SHOW, the agency charges 100% of the total booking price.
Not included in the rental price (payment to be arranged directly with the host):
- mandatory registration fee - 4 EUR per person, one-time
- Security deposit on the day of arrival (payment on-site, one-time price): 100.00 EUR
The security deposit will be returned at the end of the stay.
