Travellers who cancel at least 30 days before arrival will be refunded 100% of the amount paid so far. If they cancel between 30 and 14 days before arrival, they will receive 50% back. Otherwise they will not receive a refund. COVID19: If arrival is not possible because borders are closed, the payments made will be refunded or transferred to a new rental contract for the coming year.If the customer does not start the trip although arrival is possible, the above cancellation conditions apply.

Holiday destination
The beaches and the town of Roses are located below the mountain Mas Fumats (about 3 km), and can be reached in a few minutes by car. In Mas Fumats itself there is a bakery and a restaurant.
The Alt Empordá region offers you ao a variety of water sports, but also hiking, playing golf or horse riding in the nature reserves of Aiguamolls and Cap de Creus are popular destinations.
Getting there
By plane: Girona Airport is 50 km away and Barcelona 160 km can be reached via the AP7 motorway.
Car: From Germany completely over the motorway until exit Roses (Sortida no.3).
Please keep in mind that the motorways in France charge tolls.

Zu Beginn wurden wir sehr herzlich empfangen. Nachdem uns zunächst dieser Wahnsinnsausblick mit Überlaufpool den Atem raubte, schauten wir uns gemeinsam mit der Verwalterin die Wohnung an. Diese ist sehr zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Es fehlt einem an nichts. Die Küche ist sehr modern und umfangreich ausgestattet. Das Wohnzimmer ist einfach gehalten, aber erfüllt ebenfalls seinen Zweck. Im Bad hat uns insbesondere die umfangreiche Staufläche überzeugt und natürlich der Blick beim Duschen über die Bucht von Roses bis nach L'Escala. Die Schlafzimmer sind ebenfalls zweckmäßig eingerichtet, das einzige, was uns ein wenig gestört hat, waren die Matratzen. Aber die Lage des Appartements macht das wieder wett. Auch der Waschraum mit zusätzlichem Kühlschrank und großer Staufläche war Gold wert. Wir kommen wieder!

Am ersten Tag wurden wir herzlich von Daphne empfangen, die uns die Wohnung am wunderschönen Berg von Mas Fumas gezeigt hat. Das Grundstück von Casa Mireilla war sehr schön. Die Wohnung an sich sehr schlicht und einfach, aber sauber. Die Wohn-/Essküche könnte noch mal eine Renovierung benötigen, zumal der Kühlschrank defekt war. Das Elternschlafzimmer war sehr schön. Das zweite Schlafzimmer könnte auch noch mal eine Renovierung gebrauchen. Wir wurden aber durch den traumhaften Blick auf der Terasse für alles entschädigt. Der Ausblick....Wahnsinn. Der Höhepunkt der Wohnung ist der Überlaufpool. Einfach nur genial.
Im Aussenbereich fehlt die ein oder andere Beleuchtung, besonders abends bei dem Treppenaufgang .
Alles in allem ein schöner Urlaub den wir bestimmt noch mal in der Casa wiederholen werden.
