Cancellation policy
If your holiday cannot take place due to Coronavirus measures such as a closed border and/or negative travel advice to Zeeland, we offer you the flexibility to rebook your holiday to a different period. Alternatively, we offer a voucher for the (deposit) so you can look for another period at your leisure.
The total amount of the booking remains the same or will be adjusted to the price for that period. If the changed booking becomes more expensive, you will pay the difference additionally.
For everything else, our General Terms and Conditions and Cancellation Policy remain in effect. You can cancel your booking up to 6 months before the rental start date. In the event of withdrawal from the contract between 6 months and 1 month before the rental start date, a fee of 20% is payable. In case of cancellation within 1 month before the start date, 90% of the rental price is due. In case of withdrawal on the day of the rental start, the entire rental amount is due at 100%.

Holiday destination
Our holiday home is located at Noordzee Residentie Park De Banjaard on the Zeeland island of Noord-Beveland, right by the North Sea. Due to its unique location—between the North Sea, the Oosterschelde, and the Veerse Meer—it offers the ideal base for exploring Zeeland. Culture and history can be found in Zierikzee, Goes, Middelburg, Domburg, and Veere. Nature lovers can explore the area by bike or through the hiking trails. Of course, there are plenty of opportunities for water sports enthusiasts.

wir kommen mit der Weile regelmäßig nach Kamperland. Das Haus, die Lage alles passt so wie wir uns das immer wünschen. De Banjaard und vor allem EB & Vloed 28a sind der ideale Punkt um von dort aus die Region und die Menschen zu erkunden und lieben zu lernen. Die Gastgeberin ist ein Engel und das Haus der dazugehörige Himmel.

Wir haben mit der ganzen Familie 7 Personen einen wunderschönen Kurzurlaub verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und man kann sich rundum wohlfühlen und entspannen. Der Weg zum Strand ist ca. 5-8 Minuten. Der Strand ist sehr schön und es ist viel Platz. Man kann auch sehr schöne Radtouren machen und die Städte erkunden. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich, sie ist immer bemüht und ihr ist es wichtig, dass man sich als Gast rundum wohl fühlt und im Haus (Einrichtung, Sauberkeit, Zustand) in Ordnung ist. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
