Eine gemütliche Villa mit einem schönen Swimmingpool und einem Willkommenspaket stand für uns bereit.
Die Beschreibung und die Fotos entsprachen nicht ganz der Realität (z. B. scheint die gemütliche überdachte Terrasse mit Sofa und Kühlschrank ein Abstellraum für Sonnenliegen zu sein).
Der Check-in verlief anders als erwartet, wir warteten auf den Besitzer, aber am Ende stellte sich heraus, dass es sich um einen kontaktlosen Check-in handelte. Es wäre schön gewesen, wenn sie uns vorher Bescheid gegeben hätten.
Auf dem (geschlossenen und überdachten) Parkplatz befand sich Glas, das wir räumen mussten, bevor wir das Auto parken konnten.
Die Hälfte der Villa ist für uns verschlossen, wahrscheinlich weil wir nur zu zweit sind. Natürlich ist das in Ordnung, aber es wäre auch schön gewesen, wenn das kommuniziert worden wäre.
Unterm Strich hat es keine Kommunikation gegeben und das wäre sehr nützlich (auch damit wir keine Angst bekommen, weil plötzlich der „Poolboy“ vor uns im Schwimmbad auftaucht).
Es war ein Ordner vorhanden, in dem sich aber fast nichts befand.
